I was craving soda too, I have been so bad though I am sure that's why I haven't seen the scale move for the last couple days. I'm like you Margie, I am having the worst head hunger. I had my surgery August 24 so I am still not even supposed to be eating regular foods but I am dying on this mushy food stuff. I had a couple tortilla chips today, chewed them until they were mush in my mouth but still. -

August 24th, saw someone else was too, I am really excited and nervous. I've been reading a lot of pays from those who have had the surgery, so many are very encouraging. I will admit, however, the definition of slimes or slimers had me nearly calling to cancel. Good luck all, can't wait to hear how you've all done.
