It is incredible. I started my journey at 397....pre op was 377 now sitting at 341.....awesome!!!

Down 30 pounds and feel fantastic. Still learning how to eat and intake proper amounts of water and protein but all is well. :-)

At the hospital!! Surgery about an hour away....would love a water but feeling great. New Life....here I come.

Liquid diet going great and I feel awesome. Cannot wait for tomorrow. Good luck to all of you and I'll check in after I am coherent. :-)

Seems like many doctors have different procedures. My sleeve is this Friday. He started me on a no sugar no carb diet this past Saturday. I will switch to liquid only on Wednesday.

I am in Birmingham and am having my surgery Friday. Started my pre-op diet this weekend and cannot wait!!!!!
