I'm 2 months post op and having a kidney stone attack now....ugh Yes high protein and not enough water -
I'm 2 months post op and just found out I have a UTI and I feel I have a stone too. Yes high protein can cause stones.

I'm 7 week post op and only lost 25 lbs since surgery, and most of that lost in first 4 weeks. Sw 250, CW 225 I've been at 225 for 2 weeks....I'm so frustrated! I follow 60-80 protein and under 25 net carbs. Any advice?
