Can you ever have a taco again like with whole wheat soft tortillas? And I was wondering about whole wheat bread? How many carbs a day are people eating?

Hi. I will begin my soft phase today. Let me first say that I focus on protein first and foremost. I was wondering if anyone can please tell me what carbs are allowed at this phase. Are you ever allowed soft tortillas for example? Also, I was wondering about meatloaf, since it is made with bread in it can't you eat it, or is there an alternative way to make it? And can you eat baked potatoes?

Hello. My surgeon is staring me on vitamins Tuesday. What do you guys recommended as far as name brands, easy to swallow, ease of purchase?? Calcium, B 12 and I forgot the other one.

I don't think it is deceptive by any means!!!! It's nobody's business what you had done. If anyone asks me personally I'm saying high protein and low carbs with exercise. It's not a lie.

Yes I have talked to my surgeon. He said I may be healing slower than normal. Put my vitamins on hold for another week. -
I'm only 8 days out but am totally MISERABLE. I have spasms constantly. Deep stomach aches, nausea. Will anything ever feel comfortable going down again (food, drink)?? And how long will that be?? I can't take much more

I'm not talking a year out. I want to know how long it took to eat comfortably. Like 2 weeks, one month? -
I took 6 weeks off. I have very low tolerance for pain and do not bounce back easily after surgery

Hi all. I'm 5 days post op from my sleeve and never ever thought I'd have this much pain and issues with this!! I am getting deep aches and horrible belly aches and spasms. Jello, cream of wheat, is painful for me to get down. Please tell me this gets better. How long until your healed completely?

Oh I respect it. But it's just extremely difficult right now trying to handle these spasms. I'm just praying for a little comfort is all :-( -
