Good luck! It will go fine. He's a great Dr. I liked vanilla vega Protein. It's the protein and greens not vega one. I think they discontinued it but it's still available at costco. I mixed it with unsweetened chocolate almond milk.

I think the % is an estimate, it depends on your actual stomach size and shape. There is a lot of contradicting info out there.
