I was really good last night D: at Jerry's was Maryland crab soup (ate 1/2-only the crab meat and some of the veggies) 1/4 of my crab cake and about 7 bites of my salad :clap2: :clap2: Friday: B: Slimfast L: chicken leg and some beans D: ? going out again so not sure

Dinner ended up being- chicken and sauce (my favorite spanish dish) served with fried plaintains and rice with beans yeah big dinner Thursday B: 5 slices of turkey pepperoni and a cheese stick L; Chicken leg with 2 tbls mashed coliflower and cabbage S: chick-fil-a nuggets ( DAMN!!) D: going to Jerry's seafood I will try my best to get the Maryland crab soup and not the cream of crab :think and a crab cake of course and only veggies as my sides

My program fee was $150 to cover the required nutritionist visits (several of them), that were actually very helpful. I think it should depend if you think your $ will be well spent. Good luck. You can always write it off on taxes

I had a few "last meals" about 1 1/2 weeks before surgery. I had a big burger with french fries, then another day I had a big steak, made sure I got some calimari in there too. THings I was afraid would be hard to get down after banding. My actual last meal was a cup of strained tomatoe soup. I wasnted to be cleaned out before surgery..only takes a day or two with a little phisosoda (sp) help. Hheheehhe

I was put on a pre-op diet, which was not bad at all. My doctor had me on a modified Atkins. So just watched my fat intake (kinda) and cut out the carbs. I too had many meals that were over the top before surgery. I would certainly enjoy your trip to Vegas and not be overly concerned about the eating of the buffet thing. Everybody has a few last meals. But you will be able to eat again..so It's not really a last meal :hungry: Luckily I didn't have to do a liquid diet, so I didn't really freak out from lack of food... I found it at Safeway or Giant...should be easy to find..I get them all the time. :hungry:

TUE: B: 1 egg and small peice of sausage L: Chicken thigh and water melon D: chicken and shrimp WED: B: 5 slices of turkey peperoni and honeydew melon L: Leftover chicken and shrimp D: Leftover chicken and shrimp w/ some mango Have not worked -out this week..was struck with a bad cold..so eating right and already down several pounds for the week :clap2:

walking is the only thing, also a heating pad and lay one your side....this really helps to get is centeralized enough to move out.

Good to see you back!! I myself have been messing up...drinking too much. But excersise is the one thing I'm fairly consistant with. Just let me know. You are always welcomed to come down to Bowie for Boxing class..not too far from B-more. -
My gym is SportFit in Bowie ..off of route 301 Kee, We really need to register ASAP, becasue the class will fill up.

I've been bad for the last 2 weeks...started with Miami and drinking too much. This week NO MAS!! Still 260 ( or up to 260 this week) :confused: I WILL do better next week
