Everyone is different. I myself can not eat o whole sandwich. I don't do bread at all. It's just too uncomfortable. I did try a piece of toast the otherday with some egg salad on it. could only really eat half of that (1/4 of a sandwich)

Something similar happens to me also after fills. I think it is due to swelling after the fill. Once the swelling goes away that wonderful restriction is gone. However, with me I can still really tell a differance with my restriction, but the first few days are better. You would know if you streched your pouch because you would have killer reflux.
