My surgery date is March 21, 2006. It's funny, my biggest fear is getting in a car accident on the way to the hospital. :car: :omg: I really don't want anything to get in my way of getting my band. I am also kinda freaked out about having surgery period. I have never had surgery before, so I don't know at all what to expect...will it hurt...will i want to throw up? :fear::mad: :crutch:

We're usually together until around 3pm...If you need to leave early that's fine. And if you think you might get there late, that's fine too. We have lots to celebrate and talk about today....so we'll be there for a while :confused:

My surgeon's nutritionist demands I take 1,000 to 1,200 mg by supplement each day. As well as Iron and a multi I am told to take Multi Vitamin early in the AM, Calcium 1 hour later, 2 hours after that a protein....jumping to later in the day another calcium 30 minutes after last meal , then 3 hours later Iron before bed. :hungry:

Check with your doctor- My nutritionist (and I was surprised by this) considers yogart in the first phase of liquids. -

My nutritionist suggested I get this just to have on hand. If you get a little stuck - you can chew one and it will help breakdown the protein to clear the clog. :hungry: -
It's really important to weigh yourself on thoes scales at the same time of day (when measuring the fat). There are a lot ofules you have to follow to have an accurate body fat measurement. Don't worry. Some of the rules : scale must be on a very level surface, bare feet, not conducted and vigerous excercise in last hour, same time of day. It is the most complex measurment to get from the scale- so don't worry. I'm sure something was off about that measurement. :clap2: :clap2: 9 pounds YAY!!!!

GOT'EM!!! I hate them.... What's your most embarassing strech mark story? Mine is: being with a boyfriend and they say " what is that...did you cut yourself?" I wanted to say : yeah dumba** that's what happened P.S. It's really sad - no kids- I have no excuse :pout:

Well, I called my insurance company today...and they said that they needed more information. :cry :noidea: I don't understand..:couch2: .most of what they said they needed I sumbitted (6 months w/ notes that mention not smoking, my MBI etc..) I was really looking forward to having some good news today...not more run around. They said now I need a physical, so I scheduled one (couldn't get in until 23rd) . I want this sooo bad and I just really not happy right now. I know....they didn't deny me, but what the Heck!!!!:yell: Just need some hugs and stuff
