I'll turn 60 on my next birthday, in November.  I was a fat baby and with the exception of a few yoyo episodes I have always been overweight.  With each yoyo, weight loss has gotten more difficult, but it's return gets easier.  My life, day in and day out, has been based on obsessions over my weight.   My parents obsessed over my weight from infancy until such time as I married.  I picked up the obsession as a young child and have carried it forward until now.  It's time for a permanent change.
