I am 6 weeks post surgery and I have NO appetite at all. I find it very hard to eat anything. I can get down a few Soups that are broth, a tiny bit of yogurt and that's about it. I do force myself to drink my Protein, so I am doing that. Is this normal? It seems that everything I used to like, I can' t even think about eating anymore.

I am 2.5 weeks out of surgery and have lost 29 lbs including pre op diet. I am so tired of protein shakes, that they make me sick. I have no hunger at all and its all I can do to make myself eat anything. Is anyone else going thru this?

I have read awhile back about liquid Protein taken like a medicine. Does anyone know where this can be found? I've looked at Walgreens, GNA and a few other health food stores and am unable to find it.

Wow, that's a great weight loss in only 3 1/2 months, Congrats! Thanks for the info. I see you live in fl. I'm in the Tampa Bay area.

Thank you I'll order some. I just had my sleeve surgery on Thursday, so I'm 4 days out and find it hard to get in all of my protein. How are you doing after your surgery?
-
No, I don't protein shots. On one of the forums about a month ago, someone mentioned liquid protein taken like a medicine. Another way of getting your protein in without drinking the protein shakes. I havn't found a protein shake that I really like, so I thought that would be easier.

Hi, I'm 62 and going to have my surgery on August 13. I have read a few post about people having reflux after surgery. Can anyone elaborate on this? I have Gurd and was hoping it would not be as bad after surgery. -

I am getting ready for my pre op diet and would be interested in buying some of your samples. I havn't tried any yet, so that would be a good way for me to see what I like or dislike. -
My sleeve surgery is August 13, I'm sooo ready.
