I'm a 49 years old woman and have struggled with my weight my whole life. I have a very supportive husband (remarriage) and loves me for who I am but he's going through this journey with me so I can be healthier. I have 3 daughters, ages 17, 19, and 21. I want to set better eating habit examples for them. My surgery is less than 1 week away. It's on July 21. I'm on day 9 of my liquid diet and am struggling. I'm having the sleeve surgery because I feel it's the best option for me. My BMI is 41, and I've lost 10 pounds so far on this pre-op diet but I'm really starting to struggle.
