I suggest finding multi vitamins that are liquid gel caps they go down easy and you don't have to taste a crappy chewable there are several varieties

I made a big cup of coffee like 20 ounces at first it was yummy then it just tasted bad. I think I'm just going to give it up.

Post op headache sucked. It made it worst. After I was over caffeine withdrawal it was ok. Stop caffeine the sooner the better. Tylenol helped!????
