Im down 70 pounds from size 26 to now a 22 my hips need to shrink faster .I do work out 3 times a week hoping that will accelerate the process and trying to drink as much water as possible -
That's awesome. Where did you have your surgery? How far out are you? I am now 294 my surgery was 8/4/15 but I lost 23 pounds on the 2 week liquid diet . Had my surgery at Bailey Med Center here in Owasso Ok ..Hw 363 Sw 340 Cw 294

Are these ok to be eating as they seem good for my lunches any thoughts as of course its processed I have been eating the turkey ones..

I am 2 and 1/2 out and have lost 46 since surgery 8/4 and 69 including the 2 week pre op liquid diet feeling great can wait to get to the 100s HW 363 Cw 294

I was suprised when i asked the surgeon this question he said for me 215 ..Huh! He said for my height 5'9 and bone structure the would be a good weight .I started at 363 currently 294 2 and 1/2 months out ..I want to be 180 he said I will need to work teally hard to get there ..I dont care what it takes I dont want to stay in the 200s -
Me too it is getting better and better I am down 70 pounds so far and cant start to see him better and reach around and touch him now ..cant wait till I can grabb his ass lol..

I had it as well looked it up online and found out if it had of gotten infected we could have had stomach cancer ..very scary.. -

First of all you should follow exactly what they say you can eat .I am 2 and 1/2 months out and still cannot have beef or pork yet . I can only eat 3 oz of some things and 2 of denser foods like chicken and turkey .Make sure you are taking 20 to 30 min to eat and chew each bite very slow and well.As far as hunger all the time its head hunger drink more water eat at least 3 meals and 2 shakes . That should help.. -

Everyone has this bad taste I thinks it is from the Titanum staples I could not stand water unless I put water enhancer in it .But thank god it went away.. -

My pre op liquid diet was 2 weeks but you have to do it ..The first 3 days will be hard then it get easier .But if you cant get thru it there will be a chance you wont be as succesuful as you wont ..This is just the beginning ..Focus on the big picture your health and your new self .. Go out and buy ..The Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck ..This will give you the willpower you need .... -
