Wanted to know how you all are progressing..So far for me Hw 363 Sw 340 Cw 303 ..How are you all doing with your weight loss?? By the way my surgery was 8/4/15 and I am 5'9 and 47 years old

On the 2 week liquid diet I lost 23 pounds ... since surgery 8/4/15 I have lost another 67 pounds

acording to my drs plan we cannot eat bread until we are 12 to 18 months out due to the fact it expands in our pouch and can strech it out .. I have just been craving it probly due to I cant have it until later.. It is not good for me anyway..

I had gotten laid last June still trying to get a job but had my surgery in August and was able to maintain on severence and unemployment and also recuperated 10 pounds to go to get to the 100 pound loss ..You got this girl!! -
wish i was that close some people dod not have that much to loose I am 4 months out have lost 89 pounds and have about 91 to go ..

I had only told my dad , brother and sister as they live in Michigan and I want to suprise evryone else when I go up to visit.. I was laid off my job right before I got the surgery so when I get a new job if they ask about me loosing weight I may just say diet and excersice -
Still serve to much food on my plate .. picking out a size that is to big to end up putting it back and trying to still break old habits of bordem eating .. I am only 4 months out though..

I had the bypass on August 4th this year I had to have proof of supervised diet 6 months and did several dr appt ..pulmonologist, cardiologist, nut, physc, surgeon etc my BMI was over 50 .This was the plan of the bariatric center All ins and plans are different .Only in Mexico they dont do all the testing . But not sure you ins requires you to do all of that.. wish I could be more help

OMG this was the first time I made it ..wow was it good my toppings were pizza sause 1 tbsp sprinkle of gouda cheese then 4 turkey pepperoni,mushroom and sprinkle of sharp chedder on top ...

I choose the bypass I am 47 Hw 363 Sw 340 Cw 280 but I love sweets and the bypass causes dumping syndrome which helps me I have been doing great just wish I lost a little faster.. -
