I am having my surgery in Orlando fl. I haven't been given my pre op diet yet. But I have already been kind of following it. I have two protein shakes then I eat dinner. Plus I go to the gym 4 days a week -
I drink the premier protien shakes they are 30 grams of protein. I am in orlando

I am in Orlando and my sleeve is scheduled for August 4th.

I am so excited that my journey is about to really start. I have been on it since July of last year and it's now 26 days away. I think the thing I am going to miss the most during recovery is going to the gym. Right now I go four times. A week. I know I am going to miss some of my favorite foods. But I can not think about that cause I now that will depress me. So I have put all my energy into the gym.

I am in Orlando. Sleeve is scheduled for 8/10/15. Surgeon is dr teixeira. I am excited and scared all at the same time
