Nov 9 and ive failed the pre op diet big time! Any suggest!? Anyone else and came out okay?

I willbe having my surgery nov9th by Dr. Li at South san francisco kaiser. He said no.preop diet needed, although i am going to do one week liquids. I am super nervous and so not feel prepared. Need any suggestions on what to get before surgery

Yes i have tried alot if the shakes. I seem to like Pure Protein the best so far. Are u at kaiser too?

My dr said dont eat anything day before surgery, just liquids. He is the Chief of Bariatric surgery at the hospital.

Hi.Very new to this. Been to orientation, now going to lifestyles class and nutrition class on july 15. Meet with psch and surgeon on Aug 5. Just curious about how long after mtg surgeon do the schedule the surgery?

I ended up gaining ugh!!! Long story but had to quit exercising because of my hip. So i have another appt with him on Oct 16
