Hello I had the gastric bypass yesterday. I have had urinary retention since surgery. Voiding about 300cc in 24hours. No urge to go. Also, around 24 hours post op my stomach is so bloated and tight. I have an OnQ pump in for pain I’m worried this may not be the norm
