This weekend was really hard. The week seemed to fly by no problems with having my three supplements and 64oz of water. But boy if I don't keep busy, it's hard. Still on track just having a hard day today. Words of encouragement much needed. I see before and after pics of everyone and that helps.

Thank @@tcon! Post op was hard these past few days as traveling for work. But I did it and it's behind me. Was post-op hard for anyone else?

Starting my pre-op diet tomorrow. Really anxious and excited that I'm only 2 weeks away from surgery. Been poking around reading blogs looking and pics reading tips. So what was one thing you wish you had at the hospital?
