    RNY

I finished the puréed portion of the diet. I'm now on soft foods. I haven't had any fruits yet. Although I do plan to have a smoothie this week. I really haven't had any meats either. I had bake beans with a little bit of chicken, but it wasn't much. I also have been eating mash potatoes.
  3. My experience has been super smooth ???? at every new stage, I progressed exactly as I was supposed to, tolerated everything I tried. I of course followed every rule to the letter, I used my Eat Slower app and chewed every bite 20-30 times and no drinks 30 mins before, during or after ???? I've had chicken give me trouble one time, but it was after many times of eating it with no issues. My partner put a little to much spice on it, hence the dumping. And my advice to you is, as soon as you feel that I'm full feeling, or a heaviness in stomach, no matter what, don't eat another bite. No matter how far into your meal you are in STOP EATING. It will make you throw up. Trust me ???? and some days I get more in than others. And yes I've wasted food, but hey I'm buying way less at store than before. Any other questions please ask ???? That's great to know. I'm two weeks out today. Everything that I had this far has been smooth. I am now starting my soft diet today. Any suggestions on foods? Do you snack? If so what types of snack? Do you eat candy? Do you drink soda?

@@jewels711 I had RNY procedure. I didn't think of the infused Water, but I will try that to see how it goes. It's not dry all the time, but when it is I feel like I need a whole gallon of water. I am glad that you are doing well. I'm two weeks post-op today. I also get to start on my soft diet today. Any suggestions on foods? At first I had mixed emotions about it, but I know I made a great decision to better my life.

  10. That's great. I know when I woke up in recovery my back was killing me. They said it was trapped gas and once it passes the pain in my back would go away. I got up and walked the same night I had surgery. I am sometimes really thirsty, but I just learned to consume more liquids. I am still getting use to the 30...30..30.
