Congrats, hope things go well for you.

If it's one thing I have discovered over the years is that your True friends are going to stick with you NO MATTER WHAT. I am in the final stages before being approved (if God willing) and I make it a point to only talk to those about my decision that support me and I know who are my friends. I still talk to those who don't support me but not about my surgery. They may bring it up and I'll answer their question but if it goes negative I either change the subject or walk away.
