My head hunger stopped when I started to fit into smaller clothing size. The amazing effect of feeling good about myself help me getting out of it. Also stay busy and very active during the day. Sitting in front of tv didn't help me at all.

New to this support group. Got my sleeve done on June 3rd and just got ok to no restriction. Any suggestions for abdominal exercises effective and that doesn't hurt around the surgery area?
