My response would be I took a long look at my life and decided that if I wanted to enjoy many more years that I had to make lots of changes...diet..exercises..personally mentally focusing on making better habits. ..not a lie but skirted around answer

Hang in there. Your doctor office should have a barometric insurance specialist. Her job is to help you get approved. I have heard of people personally writing insurance. Keep pushing for yourself and a better life. Don't give up. I have felt defeated with the red tape but I can see the light at end of tunnel. Every now in then...lol Where you from?

The funny part is my husband and I both are having surgery....I was going first and he has done got appointment to set surgery..... Go figure

Your body is just in shock from the diet change. Your mind is in overload, if you can just rest today and make your self a to do list for tomorrow ( if list work for you) I have done all the perquisite for surgery just waiting on appointment to go in and schedule surgery. I have had a day like you are talking about last week. Mine is the waiting.....it's driving me crazy. I keep praying and I know God is with me on this and it will happen in his timing not mine. I was hoping for surgery the last of this month but with doctor vacation, and a few other bumps in the road looking like end of August if not September

I could scream ???????????????? my husband and I started this process at the same time. He is already approved and has date to meet doctor to set surgery date. Has all my paper work done???? NOPE!!!!! I was going to have surgery first then him 2 weeks later. But who knows now....it's looking like end of August for me was shooting for end July #readyfornewME

My first appointment was May 20th was approved by June 23rd only had to take one nutrition class done it last Wednesday waiting on doctor office to call with surgery date. Nervous ????excited ???? kinda scared ????

I have got insurance approved done beginner class, passed physical assessment. Now waiting on surgery date. It has been a ride my regular doctor didn't send medical records, surgeon took vacation. guess God wanted me to wait this out and make sure of what I was doing. God has been dealing with me on taken care of my body, mind better. I have several physical restriction that keep me from exercising like I should. This is so much info thrown at you at once.

Mine is liquid for first 7 days and clear liquid last 3

My doctor said not to start early reason being at the 10 day Mark your liver is as small as it is going to get. That any days over that your body starts adjusting and liver size will increase.

Ignorance is blis!!! When people don't understand that some people have medical issues that cause them from loosing weight. Keep your eye on the prize. Being a healthier happy mom for your children.

Life water is good-- I feel your pain I am addicted to caffeine myself I got decaf tea and been doing 1/2 & 1/2 going to do that 2 weeks then straight to decaf. caffeine withdrawals are no joke. Hang in there. I am still waiting on surgery date. So this is all new. But a suggestion make a menu of what you are going to cook for your family. Maybe cook ahead and freeze so after surgery you cam just pull out and heat. I think writing out what I am going to eat each day while on pre surgery diet will help me. Good luck????????

I will be having last of July or first Aug. I am so ready to do this. Yes nervous but ready for new me. My husband is going to have it couple weeks after me. If he don't back out???? he can't get over the cutting his food up into extra small bites.
