I thought 10 days liquid were bad

Wouldn't hurt. I called before I even went to first visit. I was wondering what my co-pay was. My doctor has one person that handles all bariatric insurance claims. They will work very hard for you to get approved. Humana was very helpful with all my questions.

I am have surgery the same day I start pre- diet on 14th. I took and saved juice off peas, beans, ect...and going to put unflavored protein in it.

I do..I got approved in 2 weeks. They didn't require a diet study. All I had to do was get general doctor to send referral to surgical team. General doctor had to send last 5 years of medical records also. Then do whatever requirements your surgical team requires. With mine I have $35 co pay to doctor & $500 co pay to hospital for surgery.

WOW!!!!! When we went to classes it was all about how to eat after surgery. You right we are here cause for whatever reason we can't get results from diets. Don't get to down...maybe they just trying to prepare you for the new changes to come. Just eat all the meat , vegetables you want and you should be fine. When is surgery???

It just got real!!!!! We go next Wednesday for pre- op. I am so excited & nervous at same time. It really hit me this is a life style change. My husband will needs lots of prayers he starts liquid diet day I have surgery...tried to talk him into waiting till the following week but nope he is set for 10 days from mine. I have ordered him a electric thermos so he can have his liquids at hospital and not have to go to restaurants and be tempted. ????????????????????☕️☕️ #NewUS2015

I called bariatric center myself and thank God all I needed for insurance to play was for my regular doc to send in 5 years of weight & medical condition. Don't give up keep fighting for yourself

Having more energy to enjoy my granddaughter . My husband and I have only been married little over 2 year but dated for 5. We both have gained a lot I have about 30# he has about 55#. And this might be TMI-- but it has really affected owe sex life.???????????? Yeap I just laid it out there. Tired of being hot sweating like a pig all the time. And my face is plum square it's so fat.

I cried laughing ...never thought of this. But since the sleeve has a mind of its own ...see where people would think like that...

I am with Babbs...only you know what you can handle. I think you would be fine. It might give you something to keep you busy thro the first few months. Could also be a extra reason to exercise more thro the first few months.
