I'm 3 weeks out today and now I can eat soft foods please give me some ideas other than freaking scrambled eggs. Lunch and dinner preferred PLEASE!

I'm 3 weeks post from lap to sleeve .sometime I get a sharp stabbing pain left side .I drank a protein shack to fast maybe wasn't paying attention. There was lots of air in it from shaking it up really don't know dint want to blow a stich -

It's really hard to just constantly drink I'm 3 weeks out from a LB to sleeve and I had forgot how hard that part was

Doesn't do it all the time but when it's there it last awhile on and off -

Yeah like on my left right at the bottom of my rib cage fine if I'm sitting but if I get up and walk around some it will hurt.i was just worried about my stomach where they cut it -

Band to Sleeve lose more slowly?

Rev band to sleeve June22 298 and add as of today 270. Start soft food Monday. Slower is fine with me I'm just happy to be rod of the band
