I just had my three month check-up and the doctor said that around 1,000 calories is just about the "sweet spot". Any less, and your body will hold on to your weight as it goes into starvation mode.

I did! Wonderful experience. I had mine done in Issaquah and the hospital was awesome. Dr. Sung did my surgery. -

Close to the same starting weight as you. Surgery on 12/16. Down almost 50 lbs. Would you mind sharing some details on your journey? Like when did the loss start slowing down? How long, and often were your stalls? Would appreciate the insight

I am very, very late to the challenge, but would love to finish off the month with you all. As of today, 179.4. My goal for the month is to hit 170. Exercise goal: At least 5 days a week, minimum of 40 minutes of cardio at a time. -
