It happened to me. I was drinking too closely to eating ( it should be at least 30 minutes, for me at that stage, I waited longer). Good luck with it! -
My doctor said that you shouldn't push yourself back to get back to work. It's not the tiredness part, it's that you really need to focus on your body & eating & getting to know what you can tolerate & focus on your new start on health.

Protein Shakes - milk or water?

Fair life milk is amazing (and I'm not a milk lover)! Walmart has it the cheapest & I'm not a huge protein shake lover, but Wegmans carries their own brand that is delicious! -
I had a yogurt & cottage cheese. I stopped that & just went to liquids.

Hello! I'm 10 days post op & have felt pretty good. Yesterday, I had a bout with diarrhea, & then again today. (1time each day). Tonight my tummy aches. Has anyone dealt with this? I go tomorrow for my post op, so I will address it with my surgeon, but am hoping someone else has experienced this??
