1. see and that is what i hate I wish that I couldn't eat a slice of pizza but i can and I dont want to be able to!
2. I know it is frustrating for me as well. It is difficult because i am pretty far away from my doctor so I have only been able to have 2 fills. I am going in for my 3rd but i am still not satisfied with restriction and want to be loosing weight more quickly. Sometimes I get really full and then other times not at all it is very inconsistent with me. Hopefully he will give me the answer this time but he said once you get to the spot where your fill is correct you should loose about a pound a week. SO you are on the right track with one pound a week! Keep going stick in there. My problem that I struggle with is drinking alcohol because I am 25 years old and it is such a social thing and I love drinking. But it is a waste of calories so I am going to try and allow myself once a month. We'll see how it goes!
3. I feel the same exact way. Sometimes i get full really easily and other times I am not. But i try to stop myself by eating the max 6 oz even if I am not full. When you are not full by meals though i find it difficult to not snack in between. My doctor said that once your band gets tightened to the right point then you will be full all the time and should loose about a pound a week. I am getting frustrated because i wish the weight came off quicker. I feel like i am doing everything right i weight all my food on a scale and I am working out almost every day and i feel like it should be coming off quicker than it is. I am about 13-14 post surgery and still getting frustrated but hang in there!
