Get Back

I'll add more as I become comfortable. I have been "heavy" for most of my life except for a good year or so in the Army. I was eventually even overweight for them. Or as I put it under height. I was failing at growing taller so they convinced me to loose some weight. Both feet / ankle were injuried in an accident. No more running and some trouble walking. I was able to maintain for a lot of years. Then went to a desk job with a long commute. The kiss of flab. Add to that sleep apnea. At 270# I went to the docs and said what can we do. We did the 6 months and I go in on the 10th of Feb. I hope to get my health back and happiness with my body.
