    I was sleeved August 19 and only down 10lbs down. The scale will is not moving. Maybe I should start working out but just do moderate. I'm on soft foods and my cal intake isn't over 550 since I started soft foods! Any advice! I am loosing inches though

    I suggest before crushing any prescribed medicine check with your pharmacy to make sure it is safe to crush first. Some prescribed medicines shouldn't be crushed and can actually kill you

    I'm able to do Greek yogurt but only got down 2.4 oz down today. I will have the rest for breakfast! I also sip on water all day and I stay so full. I do better with plain water! A lot of SF stuff has been adding more gas on top of the surgery gas! I stopped the SF Popsicles and water fillers and had less gas! Today I got in about 55 to 60 grams of protein but I was sipping on and off all day today. I am now so full!

    I mix my isopure protein powder 2 scoops with16 oz of water. It's 220 calories 3 carbs 0 sugars and has essential vitamins. I sip on it all day though. I'm post op day 4 and 1st day of having proteins going to full liquids/ soft.

    I only had two day preop diet. 1 day full liquids and 1 day clear liquids! I'm am sleeved at 9:00 in the morning 08/19/ 2015. I pray to god my liver is shrunk! I have lost 6lbs so far

    Being able to finally live my life! There are so many things that I'm looking forward to until it's ridiculous! From being healthier to traveling to enjoying family kicking down my bucket list to even being able to go in a store and be able to wear regular sizes! Being able to do more and spend more time with my family actually doing things outside of the home actually living life with them and not just existing anymore????????????????

    My paper work was submitted without my clearance from the hematologist. I received clearance on 7/20 is this what the insurance co could be talking about in regards to the clinical information necessary to review the request. I pray so. The letter was sent 7/15. My coordinator already gave me a heads up. Also surgery date is August 12th. I'm sooo nervous

    I only have to do liquids 2 days before surgery. I am now doing 1 protein shake and 2 meals w/ lean meats and veggies. If I get hungry I can have a fruit are veggie

    I'm scheduled for August 12 but just got letter BCBS needs clinical information to review the request. My coordinator had gave me a heads up that she sent in my info without my last clearance from the hematologist. I just received clearance 7/20. I'm praying this is all that they need.
