    I am a post surgery member and will be three years in on September 4, 2015. I have just refreshed my way of eating this past month after gaining 35 lbs in 6 months going through some very real mental issues. Hearing about the whole 30 on television, I decided to do it because it sounded alot like the bariatric menu. It put me back on track and now I'm here at the Bariatric Pal site looking for people to help me stay encouraged.
