ive experienced it. first with my protein shakes and then when I diluted juice with water. I also experienced it two seperate times when I tried popcorn. my doctor said some with the sleeve experience it, and its NO FUN!!

I would also add to take your measurements if you haven't already. Even when we are stalled inches are coming off. We focus so much on the scale and it frustrates us. I am thankful I took my measurements before surgery because when I stall I can still see changes. Good luck!! Taking my measurements today. I really wish I had taken them before surgery, but the next time I stall I will have something to compare my progress -

Thanks so much Daisee68, I will start recording my measurements as well. im sure I have lost a few as my clothes are not fitting the same. we shall see ???? -
