Nectar is the best! I use 1 scoop with 4 oz. Water & 4 oz. Fat free milk. -

Switching to a full face mask did the trick for me. Resmed Mirage Quattro. The Cadillac of masks. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Can sleep in every possible position in bed. Love it. In my opinion the finest mask out there. If you can't tolerate a nasal mask, this might be your answer. Was for me. -

Doing this by myself - terrified!
robfromnj replied to wagyu's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I felt your feelings also. Didn't tell anyone. I'm 40 pounds down since June. That's a bag of rock salt. (For those who live in that part of the country). The biggest benefit: food doesn't control me anymore. I control it. You have the power! -
20 pounds down 4 weeks out is nothing to be discouraged about! Jmo.

robfromnj replied to MissPam's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Had surgery on june 30th also. My surgeon told me that most won't get 64 in but to just sip every 10 minutes while awake and you will do well. So far so great!
