When they tell you that on that 1st day an 2nd day you wonder " did I do right"? The answer is yes I feel better everyday. I have already lost 14 lbs an my surgery was 7/7. I'm very glad I did it -

I liked this Premier brand pre-made shakes an the broth it really saved me. Bought ones in carton that you use for stock. I found a MexicanTortills flavor that was wonderful mixed it with chicken an vegetable flavored stock ant it was really good I would 1 to 2 cups of it an then a sugar free jello It really saved me from starving -

I think they vary but most do. It has to do with shrinking your liver down for the surgery. Your doctor should explain it to you Good idea. I'm going to try that ! -

I have been drinking Premier brand shakes(walmart,SAMs,Cosco) they really pretty good. Even better over ice. Yes it be worth it. My surgery is Tuesday. 7/7. Hang in there I it is hard. But we are having this surgery for reason I keep telling myself that. -
