Well i was the same. I threw a carb in there a stella doro breakfast treat. Went down great and it triggered my weight loss again. I started at 205 week of surgery which was 6/4. Im down to 186 this morning. You have to change things up a bit. I think you have to have 600 to 1000 calories a day otherwise your body doesn't want to let go of the fat. My problem is i eat too fast and then i feel it. Soft foods go down easily. Dannon light and lively yogurt banana, lemon raspberry and i found a chocolate cherry which is heavenly but hard to find. Check target for that. Salmon is great and filling and goes down great
