Name: Big Steve, currently in Austin TX.
I have been overweight for 20+ years, high BP and now Barrett's Esophagus to top it off.
2 Docs have told me that because of the Barrett's I can only have a Bypass, a sleeve is not an option.
I am 285# at 5'11" nor gigantic but still obese. I am hoping that by getting WLS The high BP and Barrett's will be helped . I joined this Forum as I know that I will get the surgery in Mexico (soon) but need help deciding to choose a surgeon\facility so many to choose from and they all sound qualified but how did others that have been through this decide ??
