Any1 else have this problem? My plan says I should be getting in 1200 cals....I do good 2 get my water and protein in.....any suggestions on how to get in more? Also been feeling the urge to snack a lot...don't want to get in that habit again...
Thank you all so much! I opted out of spaghetti lol decided to make a zucchini ,squash, onion,tomato and chicken casserole with mozzarella cheese to go on top...figured it would be healthier and not as tempting! Lol
