I was banded in January of 08, I have lost some weight but it is frustrating as I have no one to work out with or talk with that has been where I am. My husband is supportive but I can't get him to walk with me let alone go to the gym. Help Thanks Kim

I live in the Central California area and would enjoy meeting a fellow bander as a support and work out friend. Does anyone know of any groups in this area. Thanks
