9 weeks post op. 25, Australia. 5'9. 116 kg to 92kg so far. Losing between 1-2 kg per week. And I'm so damn happy!!!

I had mine done a week ago today!! And I feel great!! First 3 days aren't so bad, I had a morphine clicker so felt no pain the first 24hrs suck because you can only have water/ice but after that I found it pretty good!! I got to leave hospital a day early too! -

That's weird. I just had to go to my GP and get a referral and then see the surgeon and then booked it that day. Had to see the dietician once. Surgery is 2 weeks away! Eeeek!! ???? -

I start on Tuesday. Not looking forward to it haha does anyone know can you make the optifast soup the night before and add veggies that are allowed and then re heat it the next day for lunch? I want to make mine more tasty as I heard they don't taste all that good... -
