been better, still struggling with these same 5# that come and go. I know I need a fill, but these 5# won't stay off long enough for me to get one. The doc won't do it until I am back down to 370# or less. It is getting very discouraging. On a positive note, I actually got off my butt yesterday and walked to a friends house. Granted, it was just down the street and around the corner a little ways, but it was something. Nice to hear from you.
