    Ok I tried a pickled egg in beet juice on a MFP diary review. (Not saying who it was). It was not my favorite food to say the least. Ran for the sink. It must be an acquired taste. So if you go peeping in MFP diaries for meal options beware????

    I am almost into another decade with my weight. I can't wait until I am in one-derland. I want to have a reward when I get there but not sure what to do. I do know it's not going to be food related. By the way I have been eating some sushi lately. It low in calories with a little carbs in the rice????. It's working out good so far. It is a treat once a week on Fridays after a long week.

    After two weeks it gets so much better. Hang in there your doing good. The first few weeks you will lose a pound a day then it slows down
