Walked four times down the hall and back and it has helped tons. I'm doing good so far. Tomorrow I can drink again????. Having a drink is going to be wonderful. Mouth is really dry. I will post again in the AM -

Welcome Ragedddy, 27 hours away for me and I am ready. Went shopping yesterday and I'm all set. Make sure to bring your medications with so the hospital pharm can tell you if you can crush or cut your pills. -

This is my last day of eating regular food for a while. It is really tempting to go out and eat a large dinner. I would love to have sushi for dinner but that would be too risky being Monday I go under the knife. I think a 6 oz sirloin on the grill and some grilled veggies. What are your plans? -
I am using GNC Whey protein and it has been good tasting. I tried many brands and came up with the conclusion that I needed to ad my own fresh fruit in to get flavor. Like most posting here, be creative.
