    I bought a solar battery charger for my cell phone and I get some reception on hill tops. Needs to be a sunny day to get enough charge. Bears have been active I have been told but I have not come across any. Nights have been cold but days are warm. My energy level is low and getting enough water intake is a challenge. Here is a picture from yesterday. Hope you all are doing well . How is Marcia doing?

    Hunger is definitely diminished and I think it will stay that way. I am in my second week and zero hunger. I also think what if I never have an appeitite.

    I have to wait until November 2nd to start puréed foods. I have lost 30lbs so far. 15 since surgery day.

    Marcia I had an acute heart attack 1.5 years ago and my insurance approved my WLS. They want to make sure your heart can tolerate the surgery. You should be ok
