I am averaging around 650 calories a day. I'm just not that hungry any more. I drink water in between meals to help with hunger. I need to remind myself to eat. I was a boredom eater in the past. I keep myself going and busy now. No more couch potato for me any more. Welcome to our family!???? -

That's no joke. Me energy level has gone through the roof this week. I was told by week 4-5 it kicks in and it has. Getting up and going in the morning is so much better now. Everything feels so much better! -
Where and who makes those chips. I want some. Low fat?

Shakti, try to identify if it is tummy hunger or head hunger. I keep busy so I do not think of food. Don't know what you do for exercise. -
I am making the Jell-O shots with vodka and yes powder. I need to wait a few weeks though. I weighed in this morning at 250.2 I want to move into the next decade badly. I hiked for 4.5 miles and pushed it hard. When I want something I go for it! Let you know tomorrow morning.

Pitbulgirl call your doctor and get in and get checked out. There can be a stricture (narrowing) in your sleeve. It is treatable by stretching. Please get checked out. Prayers going up for you.

Dearest Marcia, we are just into our fourth week post op and as with surgery there are some hurdles to jump. I am feeling better than I have in a long time. I have some constipation but that comes with any surgery. I would never go back and not get sleeved. I am doing this because of heart disease. I am going to be thinner and healthier. My sleeve is my tool to help me get there. You have to make up your own mind. -
