The only advise I have is sip water all day long. Protein shake the same tiny sips 3 minutes apart. A sip should be just like 3 ounces. Go really slow and build up as you go. -

Soft vegetables are not agreeing with sleevie. I get really bad cramping. I cooked them real good and soft but puked them up. You having any trouble with veggies?

I am getting between 650-850 calories in. Is that about what your getting? -
I tried the re fried beans topped with fine chopped chicken, low fat cottage cheese, salsa (hot). Fantastic. I too have to take a bite and put the fork down on the plate. If I eat to fast I start to feel that burppy feeling and that means Mr. Sleeve is wanting me to stop. Thanks for sharing your dinner menus with me. Going to get some turkey pepperoni tonight.
