I am post RNY and my sister is post sleeve and we both get over heated if we are on the brink of over eating. I have heard of many people who get runny noses, etc as their sign, we both get extra hot! -

Is anyone eating anything other than SF Jell-0, SF Popsicles or broth? I'm also having a protein shake for breakfast and lunch and a lean cuisine for dinner per dr orders.

My sister and I both used Kaiser. She did not have to do the pre op diet, just the 2 days of liquids. I am doing the pre op diet 3 weeks out! Maybe it depends on the surgeon.
