My Name is Jace ,I found Bariatric pal when I was searching for an online forum through bing. I am a little over five months out from my surgery and have lost 170 lbs. since I started this journey. I got the surgery because I was 578 pounds, had high blood pressure, was diabetic, and would likely die if I didn't start losing weight. I tried diets and exercise and the weight kept piling on. The good things have been fitting in smaller clothes, and no longer being diabetic. The bad has been the struggle with maintaining my protein intake, Falling repeatedly because I lost my balance  , slight numbness, or just muscle loss in my legs. I also struggle wit my vitamin intake.
