I'm was at 408 before the pre op liquid diet. 384 on day of surgery. I'm 380.2 6 days out. Congrats on your weight loss.....phenomenal! -

I hate milk and protein shakes! I'm in real big trouble. I'm thinking about blending a protein bar with some water. Lol. I'm just so terrified of throwing up. I got to stop being a weenie. Tomorrow, I am going to walk at the gym. I will stop if I feel weak. My days of superwoman are over. I realized that I don't have super powers and I don't have to impress anyone not even myself! -

Hi.. 1 day before you. Are you having problems keeping your fluids 64 oz? It doesn't seem like you are. I have walked in the house, but that's it. I drove yesterday. I'm weak! I'm also very jittery. Gas pains are no jokes! I felt them at home! I thought two Olympic teams the USA and China were playing for the gold. I, too, hate protein shakes. I think "Premier Protein" is the shake for me. The big issue is getting the fluids down ALL 64 oz in a day! I had my sleeve on the 22nd of June. -
