My surgery was wednesday the 24th, today is day 3 and i am getting around much better. It does hurt to cough, gas is still bad, but walking helps! Good luck everyone!!

Its ok to cheat, i had my sleeve done june 24th. I cheated in the weekends a little for my 3 week preop diet.. But the 2 days before i was strict. Surgery was fine. U will do great good luck!!

I found 100% whey all natural in a white canaster, comes in van, choc and strawberry.. Delicious!! Mix it with unsweetened organic almond milk.. I went through many and this one is amazing!!
