I had never thought of this until it happened to me...my eye glasses are too big! After losing 124 pounds in 8 months, my glasses did not fit. I was able to get them adjusted but the doctors office told me they were no longer the right size! -

I think it's best to exercise everyday. I always remember Richard Simmons saying "you eat everyday so exercise everyday!"

Dr. Hamilton was my surgeon as well. So far I have lost 93 pounds since my first weigh-in. On July 16 it will be 6 months. -
February Gastric Sleeves

I was sleeved on February 16. I started at 298 and this morning I weighed 208. The total since pre-op diet is 92 pounds! I feel great, am walking 10,000 steps and swimming laps in the pool. My clothing sizes dropped from a 26/28 and I just bought a pair of shorts in size 18.
