I understand. But I feel like if we cheat we are just cheating ourselves. Especially this far in the game. I know it's hard but I try to stay focused on the long term goal -
I'm on day 6 of my 14 day pre-op diet and I feel really down. (I'm just being honest) Did any of you experience mood swings? I don't even want to attend any bbq's. I feel like I can control myself but I have just been blah the last two days...

What Was Your Final "straw That Broke The Camels Back"
leshell36 replied to bigjoe102's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
The depression that I felt after shopping. Just overall not feeling Sexy nor attracted to what I was seeing anymore. I've been a juicy girl for a while but I still felt sexy. Once I saw a friend of mine that I always spoke about weight loss with looking amazing I asked what she was doing and she told me about the program. It's been a long journey but I stuck with it. -
I know what you mean by staying positive. Be strong. We can do this

I agree @keddykat. Protein shake for breakfast Orange for snack 1/2 cup veggies and 3-4 Oz lean meat for lunch and dinner Frozen popsicle *sugar free* for another snack. And another protein drink
